This is the NTB that I regularly have gone to for 5 years since moving to Columbus and have always had a lovely experience. Having low profile tires with the potholes in Grandview and constant construction over the years means lots of nails in tires & several flats. So annoying to deal with but I always get the roadside hazard warranty and theyβre on it when I bring my car in. Charles has been helping me recently and heβs great to talk to and super nice. Theyβre always very quick even when I tell them they can take their time! I appreciate their hard work and commitment to their jobs. Iβve been to an NTB out of state when I got a nail in my tire in PA and it was nothing like this one. Made me miss my home go to spot!!

The only place Iβll take my car now. I was able to get all new tires and monitors- it was quick and easy. Charles was so helpful, heβs the reason I came back to get my oil change today.

They guy quoted me $179 for two lug bolts. We were waiting on tires. I brought in dealer lug bolts (5) of them. The guy didn't want to take them, said I'd agreed to the work order already. I told him to keep the bag in case other bolts were seized. Basically he lied and stole my dealer bolts. He used one, and the two generics he ordered, then kept four of the dealer bolts. He didn't charge for bolts but he said he used three of my bolts. He also tried to sneak in a recycle fee for two tires I kept. I can''t be sure if the rest of the bill was fair after the rest of it. I also gave him an opportunity to go find my bolts but he doubled down on his lie/theft. I showed him photo of the invoice from the dealership and he said there were only two bolts in the bag when earlier he said he had used three and restocked the two generics he had initially refused to restock. ... The DM called me the day after I posted this and asked me what I wanted to make it right. I said pay for the stolen lug bolts. He authorized a refund paid out by the same guy I had been dealing with. He called and office and said "missing parts" and reminded me to honor our deal. So I'm updating this now.

Editing my previous 5 star review because of a very disappointing experience I had today. I spoke with James and a mechanic who's name I don't know about a whistling sound coming from the passengers side whenever I run my defrost. They had just replaced my air filter and rotated my tires yesterday so I was sure the problem had to be from something while installing the new filter. They take my car in for about 5 minutes before coming back and telling me that the whistling is NOT from the air filter and that there must be some problem with the no-circulate/circulate air toggle in the car. I ask them where the air filter is located in the car because I hadn't checked and they told me it is installed on the DRIVERS side and so the sound I'm hearing from the passengers side isn't from them. I get home and after less than 5 minutes of inspecting, I realize the cover flap that goes over the filter is what is whistling and stops when I apply pressure to it. They did not properly latch the grate down over the air filter. So this not only means that they failed to properly put a cover back over my air filter, but that the mechanic couldn't be bothered to even get into the glovebox to inspect
